DAF Dissolved Air Flotation is one of the most important projects to separate solid and liquid and the most effective ways to remove tiny suspended particles whose specific gravity is close to water. This equipment is widely applied for water supply and drainage projects.

Air Flotation is widely used in sewage treatment and water purification. The application is as follows:
1. Paper pulp and pure water recycle from paper making.
2. Remove all kinds of heavy metal ion.
3. Separation of sewage and greasy dirt from oil refining.
4. Remove impurities from tannery wastewater.
5. Remove color and impurities from printing and dyeing wastewater.
6. All kinds of bio-treatment, solid-liquid separation of biological mud membrane.
7. Sludge concentration (treatment capacity is 30% to 50% of the equipment capacity).
 

Working Priciple
Air Flotation is composed of the air flotation tank, dissolved air system, retune pipe for dissolved air, release device for water with dissolved air, slag scraping device (type of combination, trussed or chain plate can be selected according to the requirements of the uses) and electric cabinet.
